Do I have to record the session itself?
No, the simplest way is the debrief: you speak it in yourself after the session. No consent needed, no tech in the room. If you do want to record sessions, that's possible too, then with your clients' consent.
How confidential is this really?
Every recording, every transcript, and every note is stored encrypted on servers in Germany, unencrypted storage is technically switched off at Nodl. Processing runs exclusively through AI providers in the EU that store nothing and train nothing. Your content belongs to you: export or delete anytime. With initials instead of full names, you work pseudonymously on top.
Does this fit my documentation scheme?
